💼 Your Role

As Global Talent & Partnerships Manager at Smash, you’ll be the driving force behind building and nurturing our network of top fitness creators. Your mission will be to turn relationships with influencers, athletes, and health-focused personalities into long-term, high-impact partnerships that power the growth of our apps.

Your Responsibilities:

• Source and secure top-tier fitness talent: Identify and approach high-potential fitness influencers, coaches, and athletes whose brand and audience align with Smash’s mission.
• Build lasting, win–win partnerships: Negotiate and structure deals that create value for influencers, their communities, and Smash - transforming reach into revenue through innovative collaboration models.
• Leverage your network for rapid growth: Use your connections in the fitness, wellness, and creator economy to open doors, accelerate onboarding, and land high-profile partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to ensure each partnership is launched successfully and supported for long-term impact.
• Spot the next big thing: Keep a finger on the pulse of emerging fitness trends, rising stars, and new content formats to keep Smash ahead of the curve.

💚 Your Profile

• Proven Partnerships or Business Development Experience: 5+ years securing and managing partnerships, ideally in the creator or influencer space.
• Passion for Wellness & Fitness: A genuine interest in the fitness and wellness world, with awareness of key players, trends, and communities.
• Strong Negotiator: Skilled at structuring deals that create long-term value for all parties.
• Relationship Builder: Adept at fostering trust and collaboration with influencers, agencies, and brands.
