As the Chief of Staff , you will be the right-hand to the founders. You’ll operate across functions-**recruitment, finance, ops, strategy-**and help build the internal backbone of a fast-moving venture studio.
Your work will free up founder bandwidth, increase execution speed, and bring structure where there is none.
Recruitment
Support the recruitment process: assist with sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for product, tech, marketing, and ops teams. Help improve and maintain efficient hiring systems.
Growth & Partnerships
Assist with growth initiatives: help coordinate marketing activities, campaigns, and track growth metrics. Support the process of identifying, onboarding, and managing influencer partnerships, working closely with the team to turn creative ideas into business impact.
Finance & Data
Manage financial models and dashboards, prepare investor reports, track budget and runway, and bring clarity through numbers. Assist with strategic planning and KPI follow-up.
